We have been in our new home for just over 2 weeks. It was our first home purchase and the entire process from beginning to end was really good and positive. I believe that was primarily due to Scott Roat.
We had had 2 prior agents and we were obviously dissatisfied with their performance. From the first day Scott showed the ability to listen, not push, give very sound advice, be diligent and follow through and also gave the necessary space for my wife and to process.
